Dennis was so skilled as the auctioneer, and it was you who marketed  our home in a way that delivered the best result. Your communication skills are the best, you responded to all phone calls, texts, and emails basically immediately!! That doe s not happen very often in business and it was so comforting to always know what was going on because of your immediate responses and updates. Your personality and demeanour is always happy which made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Most of all you understand real estate and the current market and as a result you present a realistic analysis which proved to get us the best result and best price. Once again a big thanks!

All the leg work you carried out to distribute flyers into all the letter boxes in our estate, liaising with prospective buyers, a lot of which we know was done in your own time, conducting open home twice a week, all the emailing and having a great plan in place from the very start which ended in the sale of our property which we knew would be difficult to achieve being in the state it was
